Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At our small business, every order is carefully crafted, packed, and shipped with great attention to quality. We kindly request you to review the following policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

As each order is processed promptly, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been successfully placed. Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, quantity, and size, are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, refunds or replacements will only be provided in the rare event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition.

To Raise a Damage Claim

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video should clearly capture the condition of the package and the damaged product.
  • The claim, along with the unboxing video, must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once we receive and verify the evidence, we will promptly arrange either:

  • A replacement of the damaged item, subject to availability, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

Please Note

  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preferences regarding design, color, or appearance
    • Incorrect size selection made at the time of purchase
    • Any reason other than verified product damage
